Palaxar LLC (“Palaxar”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a global food supplier headquartered in Hong Kong, with a European office in Wrocław, Poland. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard personal data when you visit palaxar.llc (the “Website”) or otherwise interact with us.
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law, including the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) (“PDPO”) and, where our activities concern individuals in the European Union, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

The Website is informational and does not require registration. We may collect and process the following categories of personal data:
- Contact details you provide when you reach out to us by telephone or in the course of business — such as your name, company name, telephone number, email address and the content of your enquiry.
- Business information shared with us during an enquiry, quotation or trading relationship (for example delivery addresses, order details and billing information).
